Our Role as a Platform

Processing of Notices

Once a valid DMCA notice is received:

  • We will review the claim.
  • If found valid, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • We may notify the user who posted the content, giving them the opportunity to file a counter-notice.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Your name, address, and contact details.
  2. Identification of the material removed and the original location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authority.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, the content may be restored unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10–14 business days.

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts or access of repeat infringers when appropriate.
